Ingredients (to make one sandwich):

1 hardboiled egg, mashed up
2 teaspoons mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon mustard
1-2 teaspoons of onion, finely chopped
Pinch of salt and pepper
2 slices of bread

Simply mix the first 5 ingredients on the list together and spread onto one slice of bread, adding the other on top to make the sandwich. For an extra crunch add your favourite pickle on top of the deviled egg mixture.

Ingredients (to make one sandwich):

Half a 185g can of budget brand tuna
3 teaspoons of mayonnaise
Half a stick of celery, diced into small chunks
One medium tomato, sliced
Dash of salt/pepper (optional)
2 slices of bread

Drain the tuna and place half into a small bowl (keep the other half refrigerated in an airtight container for future use). Using a fork, break up the tuna into flakes and add mayonnaise, celery chunks and a pinch of pepper to taste. Mix well. Spread mixture onto one slice of bread, top with tomato slices, and close with the second slice of bread. Cut into cute triangles and serve.

Cheap Beef Sandwiches

Dress up some corned beef to make this delicious meaty sandwich. Especially tasty served hot!

Ingredients (to make one sandwich):

1 slices of budget brand corned beef
1 teaspoon onion, finely chopped
2 teaspoons of mayonnaise or tomato ketchup (depending on preference)
Around ½ a teaspoon of horseradish sauce (or to taste)
2 slices of bread

Mix the horseradish sauce and mayo/ ketchup together with the finely chopped onion. Spread onto bread and top with corned beef slice and second bread slice. Alternatively, heat up the corned beef in a microwave and mash together with horseradish, mayo/ ketchup and onion. Serve.
