O.N.E Coconut Water (O.N.E. stands for One Natural Experience) recently sent me their four newest flavors of coconut water to try. Made from young green coconuts, coconut water is known for its natural electrolytes, making it a great beverage for runners and other athletes. It’s also full of all kinds of vitamins and minerals, so it’s a healthy alternative to sodas and sugary drinks. Check out their ten reasons to drink coconut water. It’s good stuff.
I really enjoy these coconut waters, but since they’re a bit on the sweet side, I’ve been mixing them with plain seltzer as a refreshing drink. I was hoping they would more of a coconut flavor, but they mostly taste like their fruit flavor.
- Mango: This had a superb mango flavor. It’s my favorite, tied with passion fruit.
- Passion Fruit: Tastes just like passion fruit. It’s really refreshing and light. My other favorite flavor.
- Pineapple: This one was a little too sweet for me. I love pineapple juice, but I found this to be sweeter than juice.
- Pink Guava: The first time I tried the pink guava flavor, I thought it was just okay. I think it’s because it was my first time to try anything in this flavor, because the next time I had it, I loved the mellow, tropical taste.
I love the size of these cartons – about 11 ounces, which was a perfect size to drink after a run, or to transport to work or getting out and about. I’d buy the mango, passion fruit, and pink guava ones; I have yet to try O.N.E.‘s other flavors.

Wine! J/k. I drink water usually.
That stuff looks so great. Thanks for explaining the taste of the individual flavors. Very helpful!
Those are interesting looking little waters! I prefer plain water or sometimes some red gatorade!
I definitely want to try the pink guava! And I like to rehydrate with ice cold water after exercise
This looks like a perfect addition to my sparkling water. Like you, I don't like my drinks too sweet, but I imagine this would add wonderful flavor to my normal and boring water!
Oh that's a great idea. I never thought of mixing with seltzer water.
Tasty, refreshing!
salty broths seem to work really well to prevent post run nausea for me. i dehydrate like a prune so quickly after a lot of cardio.. ive tried everything from sports drinks to supplements etc.. nothing works as well as veggie or chicken soup with extra broth
xoxo have a wonderful weekend!!
I had many a O.N.E. (ha) when I volunteered for 7 hours at a marathon expo awhile back! I really liked that but my favorite post-run hydration remains plain, simple water
